1. Please fill out the form linked below to share details & special requests. This will help us be able to start working on your order more efficiently.

2. Pay your $100 CDN deposit to secure your date. This deposit amount is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the total cost of your order.

3. Instructions for packaging up your flowers will be sent via email from fleurandfountain@gmail.com. We will also update you to let you know once we have received your flowers. Please note: in some cases, a customs and duties fee may apply, depending on the carrier. If this fee is paid upon arrival to our studio, we will include any amounts paid by Fleur & Fountain in your final invoice.

4. We will design your piece with all special instructions in mind. Before we start pouring for your order, an invoice for the remaining balance, plus shipping, will be sent to you. We will commence once full payment is received. Please note; it can take between 4-6 weeks for pouring the various layers of resin and for it to cure. Any unused flowers will be discarded, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

5. Photos will be sent to you once the product has been created. Please allow additional 1-2 weeks for our photographer to work her magic in the studio.

6. We will package up your order with care, and we will ship your item(s) promptly afterwards. All orders are tracked and insured and shared with you, so you can keep an eye on your order.
